Conveyor Belt brushes are constructed using laminated hardwood cores. Conveyor Belt brushes feature milled aluminum mounting hardware.Both brushes can be produced to accommodate any shaft gauge.

Best Uses : Manufactured to exacting tolerances for cleaning any type of conveyer belt. Perfect brush for replacement on existing cleaning system, or can be supplied as a complete unit for new installations. Our exclusive mounting hardware is reusable to reduce costs.

Fibre Specifications :    Synthetic fibre (nylon or polypropylene) .010 - very fine, .018 - medium, .028 - stiff.natural fibre is also available in fine , medium or stiff for Pulp Industry where plastics are undesired.

Block Specifications : Laminated Hardwood lathe turned for best balance.

Sizes / Item No. : note : stock diameters are 7 1/2" and 10" (measured bristle tip to bristle tip), however we have the capabilities to manufacture to customer specs. Widths available from 6" to 96", contact us for your requirements

Initial purchase includes mounting ends ready to install on specified shaft dia. (ends are fully re-usable): $785.72 cdn

Purchase 1 spare brush to have in stock for replacement when needed. Re-use the mounting ends from the initial brush purchased. Spare brush costs: $571.43 cdn

After changing the brush return worn out core to "Camco" for reconditioning and to have the bristles replaced. Reconditioning of brush costs: $399.00 cdn
